Cagayan de oro ranks among the most vulnerable cities to climate change according to the radio news today. We know why and this is NOT a surprise for me and the constituent of the city.
Has anyone smelled the terrible danger? The City must have a massive evacuation plan in case of heavy rainfall l or storm . If the city does not have it, then every family must have it. Are we aware too, that the settlements and villages along the Iponan River, can be buried in boulders of mud & silt if heavy flush floods start on the catered mining mountains and hills if and when these can be liquefied?
